So I went into work this morning to give in my laptop, passes, PDA etc to my boss and get stuff of the two top chaps I was making redundant :-( it was quiet today, did all the handovers, chatted to a few people, did the final sort of my cupboards and then left for one last pint with Phil & Hillary (Raj and James why didin't you show-up?) down at the Weatherstone pub with their own great micro-brewery...
So handed in my pass-card and walked out of Serco for the very, very last time... got in my car, mobile rang... guy from the Microsoft Gold Partner I talked to earlier this week in Coventry (nice and close) with the offer of a job!... coool and i'm not even out of the Serco car park yet.... obviously things need thinking about and considering but wayhey....
The sun is shining...I am knackered but happy....happy weekend 2 you all...
