So it's all going a bit wrong at work, time for a new challenge, time to spread my wings, embrace change and go out their into the real world, smell the coffee etc etc...
So, it's 95% official, I'm now on the look out for a new organisation that I can add value to, that will challenge and stretch me, support me and add value to my life; anyone know of such an organisation in the UK?

Sorry to hear that. Good luck with the job search. www.jobserve.co.uk is a good place to look for IT, though you probably know that already. More often than not, these things are a good move in the end and you will find an even better job and not look back. Not that that will help you feel any less frustrated right now.
Sorry to hear about your getting made redundant. You are obviously a man of many talents so I'm sure you will find another job soon. Good luck with the search.
