Near Perfect..

Ok, trying to catch-up with posts here... Thursday..was at work.. not a great day but not the worst, sun was out needed a walk...

I took my first proper lunchtime for the week (not good) and took the time to get some air and walk to the sarnie shop... got outside and it was beautiful... blue skies... white whispy clouds tracking across the sky, the sun warm on my back and a really good breeze F5+ enveloping me...

Today (Thursday) is definately a day I wish I had a single-hander again and could ditch work and go sailing...... just the thought of doing that releases some stress from the soul.. not as good as doing but hell at least I have those past experiences I can dwell on in times of need!
